Brief description of how we work:

Every order has a top level document, that appears finally as what we invoice to our customers.
It contains the major parts and integrated parts, serial number, Bios information - everything should be on hand if you call us.
Most orders consist of the toplevel document.

This document can refer to other sub-documents containing the components listing of sub assemblies or an omnibus volume of screws, cables, connectors....
Its a exhaustive list of everything used in your order including used tools and instructions.
Every subdocument may refer to further subdocuments.

This is why we can reproduce an order very easy and even after long time of period.

We use this procedure in every order, disregarding the size of the order.
